Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility – Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (customize timeframe). Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.

Non-Returnable Items – Digital products, custom-made, or downloadable items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges – If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
